Family Physician Locums
Locums are required throughout the year on a temporary basis to cover the leave of permanent physicians. Practice can include clinic, community visits, hospitalist, OB, OR assists, GP anesthesia and ER.
Locums are hired on a contract basis generally for two or more weeks and are responsible for their own CMPA coverage. Round trip travel, a furnished apartment, and one or two paid travel days are included in the contract. Doctors are paid biweekly at the following daily rates:
